Tintín Cumple 80 Años

Parece ser que este fin de semana Tintín cumple 80 años. Una de las pocas cosas que tengo a menos de un metro de mi mesa es la colección entera de las aventuras de Tintín (que son vecinas codo con codo de la colección entera de las aventuras de Astérix y Obélix). No sé cuántas veces habré leído cada uno de esos libros pero la última vez que cogí uno fue estas navidades cuando estaba en cama con gripe. La sensación al leerlos sigue siendo muy similar a lo que sentía las primeras veces y no me canso de leerlos y redescubrir qué ocurre al final (nunca me acuerdo de lo que pasa).

Uno de los libros que he leído durante este 2008 ha sido Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-Free Productivity de David Allen.

En él su autor propone el siguiente método de productividad personal:

  • cada vez que te venga un pensamiento deséchalo si no merece la pena o en caso contrario apúntalo para quitártelo de la cabeza (fase de recogida)
  • cada cierto tiempo procesa la lista de pensamientos. Para cada pensamiento si es algo “accionable” y te lleva menos de 2 minutos házlo en ese momento. Si te lleva más de 2 minutos muévelo a la lista de cosas por hacer. Si no es algo “accionable”, por ejemplo si es información o es algo a hacer en el futuro o que depende de otra persona muévelo a la lista correspondiente (tareas delegadas, tareas para el día x, tareas para hacer algún día, etc) o archívalo si es información de referencia. (fase de procesamiento)
  • cuando te pongas a trabajar simplemente recorre la lista de cosas a hacer y a trabajar (fase de acción)

Periódicamente hay que revisar las listas de acciones a futuro, delegadas, etc para ver si ha cambiado su estado (fase de revisión).
