During today’s anuloma viloma practice I noticed something new. As each rep started by inhaling through the left nostril, thoughts about a given topic would come up. I then brought my awareness back to the breath for the rest of the rep. Then, on the beginning of the next rep, another topic would come up.
I have experienced this before. What was new was how clearly I could see the different levels of attachment and aversion of the mind towards each topic. Some were easy to ignore, others almost made me reach for my phone. It made it easy to see all of them as being of the same nature.

- set a clear intention for the practice
